      Great atmosphere. Plenty of good people working in RB.

      Too many grey areas in terms of responsibilities between departments which causes frustration and disappointment among people.

      Pros

      Great company atmosphere with international colleagues and informal culture. Fast-paced environment with a lot of opportunities and entrepreneurial spirit throughout the company.

      Cons

      Shortage of workforce resulting in employees having to simultaneously deal with a lot of projects and lack of procedure enforcement. Oftentimes employees do as they wish in the spirit of entrepreneurship and bypass company procedures (e.g. getting approval from certain departments for budgeting etc.). High emphasis on costs to drive growth (long-term effects?)
