Pros

RB is one of the top sales and marketing companies in the world. The company ethos is both customer-need and ROI-driven. There's a lot of crossover between sales, marketing and trade marketing and consequently, the commercial team is a fantastic place to learn how to sell products. Also, the company's fast-growing and agile when compared to industry peers.

Cons

There's less structure/procedure in place when compared to larger FMCGs (of which, there aren't many). As a result, there's still low-hanging fruit in terms of process optimisation. RB operates with big budgets and senior management are often good at giving autonomy - so it's a great place for good/experienced people to implement changes and make their mark. This being said, some employees can find the unstructured environment quite stressful. Also a significant number of good people leave each year, due to higher salaries at other FMCGs and an increasingly structured promotion track.
