Pros

RB is a very dynamic company that values new ideas, gives autonomy and trust their employees, values new ideas and is a great opportunity to have a fast start career.

Cons

There aren't too many process so things can get confusing sometimes. Once its a multinational company, there are many meetings and many presentations need to be developed - not always productive meetings.

Pros

Great benefits and hours. The days started early but rarely went very late in my department. This allowed for a great work-life balance

Cons

No room for growth. The business is designed to favor international mobility above all else. As a result, business direction changes every ~2 years, when jobs are rotated, and inexperience/unqualified people are often placed in higher positions.
