- Reality is working in small, family business - No benefits (no medical insurance), vacations are a luxury - Environment based in gossip, you have to be careful of what you say, even at management level - No possibility of growing after middle management, over that, only Director level, unreachable - No work/life balance, depending on department; big accounts, long hours nobody thanks - No processes, responsibilities are not assigned
