      They have no pros at all

      Cons

      The people working at Randstad make you feel like they are doing a favour on you by paying you your salary even after you work and slog at the job you do. No support at all on work floor and still do not give you decent response when in time of need. They are the best example for using and throwing staff. Matlabi company especially the Bangalore and Mumbai office staff at Randstad

      Inconsistent communication, rewards bad behavior, overlooks incompetence I worked at this company for 10 years and while the benefits were great and it was extremely easy to progress through to a strong career, the company has no accountability at a senior level. Incompetent, terrible managers & leaders are consistently rewarded and celebrated regardless of damning business results.
