Great work environment and everyone is extremely hardworking. People are always willing to help and there are a bunch of benefits. The lab is also amazing.

Cons

I did not experience any cons during my time at Rambus. Really enjoyed working here and would do it again in the future if possible.

Salary is decent. Company infra is good. Company events are good.

Cons

Work pressure is very high. Not employee friendly company policies. Not so good technology to work for. No process for software development. People spend more time on rework. No motivation on work. No encouragement at all. Expected to work over weekend.
