Growth oriented and strategic leadership style. Team balances work-life and mgmt provides plenty of career opportunities to grow. Young and vibrant teams who are working on cutting edge technology products. One of the best places to work for in the semiconductor industry!!

Cons

Growing organization that has huge upside potential and scale to greater heights. Early years of Rambus was focused on IP products, recent change in direction towards product development needs execution excellence.
