it is becoming a boys group. people who know each other gets promoted, people they don't like gets blocked or even blacklisted. - the culture is becoming toxic - like shown on the last tell dell survey.
fighting for commissions - with the constant changes and designations, some groups have to fight for commissions, to be assigned the right accounts or payments.
