      Some great people who really care about the business and do an excellent job

      Cons

      The products have no real synergies beyond a few integration points Some great staff have been discarded or allowed to leave too easily because management doesn't take time to see their real value.

      Pros

      Personal/Sick Days: 10 days. Maternity Leave: 12 or 14 weeks if C-section. 3 weeks vacation with 1-shutdown week during Christmas to New Year. Flexible working arrangement: Remote or office.

      Cons

      Vacations are use it or lose it. Very limited health options with no too great offering/coverage. Majority of co-workers are dispersed across the state, not much face-to-face colleague interaction.

      -Good product ideas -Techfest -Local management listen -Nice coworkers -Possibilities to travel if you want to

      Cons

      -Poor planning leads to creation of problems in other departments - Lack of Product Testing means customer find easy bugs -Netwitness is hard to use -Product Management is remote and don't provide feedback on ideas -Problems are not solved which leads to high turnover of staff due to frustration -Local management do their best but seem constricted as they are not in the US -Customers are not listened to -All problems end in the Support department to solve, even though good product design would have removed them. As a consequence support is burnt out. -Always firefighting rather than solving problems before they happen -Products are silo-ed and don't integrate easily together
