      Pros

      A good portfolio that allow to move from Identity management, to fraud, to threat detection and than to GRC. Good salary compared to other vendor in the same market and good benefit. Flexibility and self management, world wide travel for company event and onboarding

      Cons

      Huge workload and not easy to find a good life balance, not easy to growth and get promotion

      good team atmosphere. Flexibility with remote work (depending on direct manager's criteria)

      Cons

      No training, no good pay rise, no good remote work if your manager doesn't like it, while the rest of the company can work from home if their own managers allow it. Lack of growth. Friendship benefits the work perks you get.
