      Versatility in work. Many opportunities to move around and do different things.

      Can be a very political environment in some functional groups. At times politics distracted actual good work getting done.

      Pros

      Innovating environment, lots of highly skilled people and many interesting projects. Qualcomm also provides a very rich environment where you get exposed to many different things....IF, you are based in San Diego.

      Cons

      Getting relocated or getting considered for an internal job transfer if you are not based in US is EXTREMELY rare. You have the feeling that if you are based outside the US you might as well not exist.
