The pay is good and it looks pretty solid on a resume.

Cons

No matter how high your performance, you never know from one day to the next whether this is the day your entire team will be laid off and you'll see job listings for your exact duties in Mumbai. There's not enough security to commit to buying a house or a car, there's always the fear that your income will end next week.

good pay, but that isnt everything

Biased managers Prejudiced decisions during hiring process Only one person can grow from a junior writer to a director in 10 years :) - ridiculous growth! Unwanted processes Hire only from the growth perspective of the existing people - no major work per se Open door policy is only going to back fire - no point in complaining Siblings and cousins work it out very well - especially people from North India Though a company set up in Hyderabad, it is a place for north indians - I am not against them, but give preference to the others as well.

Everything is worst . 1. Salaries are less according to industry standards 2. Their health insurance is just worst since deductibles started on HSA 3. Lot of politics in management. 4. Server SOC team in Raleigh is worst with bad management
