Business Outlook
Pros
- for as large as a company QC has become, they do a great job of treating their employees quite fairly - the tickets on consignment are awesome - the ESPP is wonderful - stock options very nice - mediaflo would have tailgate parties every month - the on campus gym, very nice
Cons
- more so the downsides of working for a massive company. - not all buildings have a nice cafe, especially the smaller AA-AF buildings - drawbacks of not working for their bread and butter QCT department - parking, since San Diego is a car city
