Technology at Qualcomm is definitely leading edge and always interesting, compensation is fair, intelligence and competence of colleagues is higher than in similar companies, chance to work with top companies in mobile industry, good company perks

Cons

The expected work output for individual contributors ranges somewhere between strenuous and slave labor (poor work-life balance in some groups), occasional disruptive politics in middle management, work can often be unevenly distributed.
