Poor management breeds discontent, and beware of vicious Indian circles

Great colleagues (but very poor managers) Good stock options Great perks and staff benefits

Cons

Sr management is much political who think no end of themselves. Vicious Indian circles. Engineer driver culture, each engineer work very hard but the managers and senior manager reap the benefits.

There are really good benefits and a lot of great people to work with. The teams are usually very diverse and there are always good oportunities around.

Cons

The work can sometimes get quiet slow and boring, but you just need to keep looking for more interesting work that is around.
