      1. Mgmt (IT) is politically astute but morally corrupt 2. Company's sudden growth and generous policies have resulted in several old timers staying way past their competency periods. All that these people do is gang-up and play dirty politics to ensure no new stars shine in the company 3. IT is a small, insignificant blip on business mgmt
