      Benefits and Compensation are great in QC

      Cons

      Very Competetive work place. Too many people in the upper management which are too long with the company...that sometime hinders new ideas of how to do things and they are too connected to be afraid of low performance.

      Pros

      * Work with cutting-edge technology * Very talented and smart people * Little micro-managing * Good perks and environment to work in All in all, the atmosphere is great. It can sometimes require long hours but it never feels grueling; partly because the projects are interesting.

      Cons

      * Pay tends to be lower than industry average * Product roadmap and strategic planning often puts more pressure on engineers than necessary. This especially applies to canceled products that only serve as a time-waste that could've been better spent * Compute resources aren't as plentiful as it could be and hampers how fast things can get done

      They don't promote employees based on performance They never fire incompetent employees They hire friends and family There is no career opportunity and growth within company HR is useless Politics everywhere They don't value your work. They only care about numbers.
