      Good company to work, but disorganized at times

      Pros

      Company is working on some really exciting stuff, and in the middle of upcoming technologies. Some of the work is really interesting and exciting.

      Cons

      Constantly in firefighting mode, which makes for a lot of unnecessary stress, and hampers progress.

      long hours career growth an issue as the company is top heavy lot of favouritism shown to some people bonuses arent awarded fairly

      can work from home, come in and leave at your choosing (not strict on 9-5), great benefits, culture is amazing, huge opportunities to move into other departments

      Cons

      Doesn't have the brand recognition that other top companies do. Not really a con, but people from the area or field won't know what you do.
