Regular additional benefits like stocks and bonuses if you are performing at an average level.

Cons

Horrible management Top heavy with mediocre people sitting at principal and above levels. High attrition due to lack of career growth and monetary appreciation for high performers. Worst possible policies are being adopted by a CEO who is completely at disconnect with his employees. Paul needs to come back.
