      Pros

      Depending on the team you can work on challenging problems.

      Cons

      Reduced benefit is a real bummer. Health insurance is getting a huge downgrade in 2016. Company is really cheap. why does procuring a new monitor need to go to VP of finance? why is it almost impossible to get a laptop upgrade when your current one clearly no longer functions well enough for the job? Compared to companies in Silicon valley where employees are pampered Qualcomm really doesn't give a damn about the people doing the work. Company politics is a joke, incompetent people at management level with their equally incompetent lackeys getting all the promotions and raises while the good people are hardly recognized.

      Great company with a good potential for growth as long as you are flexible to cope up with the pace of the industry. Lots of in-house resources for career growth

      Cons

      Mangement is sluggish and very old school. Need a fresh perspective to maintain the leading edge in the industry

      Salary was bellow par with what other companies pay. Bi-annual bonuses and merit increases RSU bonuses dwindled down past years.

      Cons

      Politically Charged Environment. Secrets, Secrets, Secrets. Poor leadership. Strategy changes on a weekly basis. Expect to work very long hours.
