      not bad life work balance

      Cons

      benefits got cut, very bad when handling the green card application, you need to keep pushing and they have all kinds of excuses to delay the process

      - Opportunities to work on many cutting edge technologies and interesting projects - San Diego is a great city to live - Stock plan and health benefits used to be great, now not so much

      Cons

      - Managers and HRs have very less respect for employees. You are taken for granted. - Office politics is a pain. If you are in a wrong team/department where your supervisor does not like you, you will have a very hard time. - Work-life balance is hard. You are expected to work overtime for the most part.
