      Pros

      Good pay. Many interesting technical project. Always on your feet working. Flexible hours. Casual environment. Open door policy. Opportunity to travel business class if you like traveling.

      Cons

      Too much politics. If your work ethic is to just focus in getting your work done this is not the right place for you.

      Pros

      Used to be a good place to work. Had good benefits and good co-workers.

      Cons

      Most of management does now want to change status quo and are very biased. They have no clue on how to really reduce their cost structure - want to stick to status quo and are totally clueless and behind the curve. Reactive vs proactive and too many meetings. A lot of favoritism.

      Slowdown on innovation front

      Pros

      Smart people (upto a certain job level), OK compensation/benefits, but they are not keeping up with industry lately.

      Cons

      No risk taking in middle upper management level, Upper management keeps trying to please customer, middle management keeps trying to please upper management. Hardly any new innovation being here. QC has started buying other companies doing something new, rather than trying it for themselves.
