      Benefits are average or better

      Cons

      A lot of turmoil and drama associated with changes to the organization. A lot of the management team seems incapable of finding a way forward to execute based on the ongoing turmoil.

      Good salary, like minded folks, good working atmosphere, well maintained offices

      Cons

      Only testing and verification related work, close to zero development(at least in my Technology, BT). Required to work on weekends on demand(which is quite a lot given the number of costumers Q has)
