Long Road map with job security and competitive pay.

Cons

Hyderabad center has lot of politics. Poor work life balance, highly crowded senior people (staff Engr and above) hence promotion are hard to come by. HR is pretty week , even though u complain about manager there is nothing much change would happen.

Great place for -Embedded skill sket -C/C++ -Love chip, microprocessor -DSP As Org good monetarily benefits. Only join if you are in 15 hours work mode perday

Cons

-Short-sighted managers who are totally looking for small work -Hire for wrong skill -work mapping - Then employee has to change his entire profile to stay for long term -Too tight timelines, -No upskilling encouraged

Stock is doing well, people go easy on you

So boring. The job is stupid easy (basic C++, signal processing up until band pass filters, RGB encodings) so I don’t know why they insist on hiring the same bland introvert over and over with a high GPA and a masters degree. It takes very little analytical skill and getting some more dynamic personalities would make it far less culturally dead. The team I was first put in had a super high turnover rate
