This place is not what it's cracked up to be. Probably the worst experience I've had to endure for the last few years. Bad management (boys club exclusive), no vision for our team, middle mgmt don't care either ( only there for their own agenda). Q needs to clean house and get rid of those middle managers who just do not work or do nothing to motivate their people. Fact: there is no opportunity to review upward... so assumption is that all mgrs are doing well. hope the next couple of workforce reduction rounds gets them out - it's a toxic environment. Steer clear - benefits will no longer be premier (high deductible and moving to banking your $$ for medical expenses), annual reviews starting next year (no longer twice yearly bonus, RSUs, raises), unlimited vacation (so they no longer have to pay you if they lay you off), limited sick (no longer allowed to take as many days), etc. Stay away.

- Bureaucracy and politics make day-to-day execution difficult. - Too many layers. Each layer has different direction and plan. Execution alignment is off. - Arrogance among the old timers. Will not listen to reason or if your title is below certain level. - Too much focus on status update and reporting of metrics that do not translate directly to satisfying customer needs.
