      I am sorry to hear your experience was not good at QAD. Our sales teams have done very well and helped to bring our revenues in cloud subscriptions to some of our highest numbers ever. We appreciate your efforts in that endeavor. We are constantly working to improve our sales operations and have made some strong investments hiring a VP Sales Enablement and we are currently hiring for some new sales leadership roles.
