      Thank you for your comments. We have implemented reductions in force in some areas of QAD while growing in others. We have worked to ensure those employees do have good transition packages when they are impacted. For your current concerns, I would recommend connecting directly with your manager or your HR representative. It is important to hear your concerns directly and answer your questions as well. Our intent is to improve QAD and build a better company for all involved to experience.

      After being acquired by Thoma Bravo, the company culture has changed dramatically with very strong emphasis on the "bottom line".

We merged with TB to create a better company and that has definitely meant a lot of changes. I would recommend you share your concerns with your manager and / or your HR Representative.
