      Pros

      PwC is a really great place to work if you come in with the right perspective. The people here have your best interest in mind, whether it seems like it at the time or not. Having worked at PwC for nearly 8 years and having seen good times and bad, I've seen management make some tough decisions, and generally in favor of it's people. This is a unique quality that I believe distinguishes PwC from the other firms.

      Cons

      For associates and seniors with families/kids at home, it can be tough at times to manage the worklife balance. More balance is attained at manager level and above.

      Pros

      The company is on the ball. People here are smart and motivated, and very quick to help each other. The work is interesting and people take pride in a job well done. The onboarding experience is very well done and it's a seamless transition from new hire to confident employee. If you want to advance your career, the steps are in place for you to do that.

      Cons

      Without a doubt, this is a culture of excellence. That said, it's daunting at times to think about the "to do's" on your plate.

      Pros

      The people are outstanding. The clients are dynamic and provide opportunities to create cutting edge solutions and delivery. There is not cookie cutter approach to promotion, it is truly based on each person's ability to grow and perform.

      Cons

      In such a high performing environment it drives your hours. You have to own the work life balance area and understand that to continue to promote it will be tilted to the work side.
