Pros
- Good place if you work for a project that helps you grow - Good place if you are an intern or a junior developer - Mostly informal, not typically corporate culture - Some projects are managed OK - Some projects never require overtime
Cons
- Depending on your bad luck, the project may be boring and/or using outdated technologies and/or badly managed and/or spoiled by a mix of intrigues and nepotism - If the support teams are still in the same building presently, and you happen to work close to their desks, be prepared for witnessing a lot of noise and display of bad manners - At some point, as a senior developer you won't be able to get the pay you can get elsewhere. That is mainly because this is an outsourcing company, so you it just doesn't have the budget most product companies have. - Some projects require overtime
