      - Good salary for local standards - Management is involved and helps resolve issues with clients - There are multiple opportunities to grow in the company as long as you are dedicated - Salary review twice a year

      Cons

      - Limited amount of projects for software developers - Most projects have a ton of legacy and organizational issues - Overall the job is more stressful than my previous jobs
