Not A Good Company to Work For

Good pay, flexible timings, that's all I can think of!

Cons

The problem with every start up - power in only few hands. These people think they are king of this world. And if you're not in their good books, you're not working good enough. Every other person - at least in middle & senior management, is trying hard to save their own job. Nobody gives a damn about employee's growth or development. No proper laid down path for growth. Irrespective of what your experience or educational background is, you will be asked to do any job. They don't care what your interest area is or what your core competencies are, if they think you're suitable for some X role, you have to do that. And then suffer at the time of your appraisal.

No job security,almost 45 people got fired within day without any prior information. Also when I joined co HR said 10% of the salary will be deducted and will be given at end of each quarter but after 1 year they changed policy and when resigned from co. they kept the whole year deducted part of my salary and dint gave me single penny.Very bad HR policy..dnt come in words of them they call your CTC deducted part as bonus..

Excellent Then, Pathetic Now

Recent developments made me realise that nothing can be more worse than working here. You might get handsome salary and will definitely benefit from working in a kind of start-up environment (learning wise) but that is it, nothing more than that.

Cons

Company lacks the vision going forward. Moreover, you do not have any job security whatsoever and trust me when I say that. I was under the impression initially for few months that company care about its employees, but i realized with time that this ain't the case. It can layoff its employees without even giving them a single warning. Its been almost a year since I joined and already seen company firing off its employees twice in such a short span and that too without any solid reasons to back it up.
