No pros for this company.Shamefull hr samefull managers & specially tls they moleste girls & think boys are their servants.Pathetic conditions u can't even talk to your family members during office hours just like jail.

Cons

This company deserves only cones. Good for nothing making fool of customers & making fool of customers. Specially health department opeartions department.

unstable - firing is very common trend there if your are form java ..please dont join ...as they are migrating from java to python and all java people left or fired..so they need empolyees for only 4-6 months for maintainance...

learning can be good (only if you are in some selected project) form walking distance to metro appriasal can b good only if you are good in polictics and ability to bear any nonsense/pathetic logic of seniors

Cons

Worst HR management - they lost whole file of joining documents which lead to delay in salary by two months you can be fired at any time,without giving any salary - there is a news that even founder is looking for change - you can search on google using key word "yashish dahiya resign" forgot work life balance
