There's immense potential in the company. The learning is great. A person gets to independently manage tasks. The managers are great and provide detailed feedback. My manager used to follow a simple policy which I liked: "Make mistakes everyday but do not repeat the same mistake twice.

Cons

Long working hours. It's bound to happen as you're the owner of your tasks.
