      Pros

      I have worked in technology department. So pros are as following: 1. You will get Night Dinner compensation if you are working late. 2.You will get party at intervals.

      Cons

      1.Not a good measurement how you are evaluated or measured in terms of performance. 2.There are too much office politics. 3. There are uneven conpensation for same position. 4. Managers are very interested in your salary than work and judge you on basis of this. (I think salary knowledge should be part of only hr department )

      *no leaves i worked on 26 January also, even on birthday also,they count holi leave as the week off Headphones all time you have to just call call and call If you are under a good TL then ok but if the tl is bad then this is the worst place to work on the planet, Many of my friends left there job with crying ,so if you want a career growth then Don't go
