They never make any difference between +2 and MBA holder same treat for every one not gave preference according experience few TL and managers only sit for Politics because they joined initially when they want went home when want come back .... Break timings for CONSULTANT fixed Break timings for SME, TEAM LEADER ,AM AND MANAGER NOT FIXED Politics is like they have to sit on parliament why they set here corrupt more than politicians Everyone is PLAYING WITH YOU and no one is supportive From SME to TOP MANAGEMENT When someone is near by to get their INCENTIVE month they make their month hell and take you the place either you can resign or you become mental And if you are good in buttering then you can sustain for a years But if not then you are guest of few months..
