High exposure to data-driven decision making You may work on consumer trends, market research, dashboards, pricing insights, sales analytics, etc. Fast learning curve Startup-like pace means you learn quickly about business metrics, Excel/SQL/BI tools, stakeholder management.

Cons

Insurance domain may feel niche If you are not interested in fintech/insurance/business analytics long term, the work can become monotonous. Compensation at entry level may not match workload Learning can be high, but pay-growth ratio initially may feel average compared to workload.
