too much work pressure, even if you are dying, your team leader will tell you to complete the target, and then die.

No incentive capping They will give you leads, u jst have to convert as much as u can. Superb training, even freshers can make money

Cons

No wrk lyf balance, if you are prioritising peace over money, then ur office would be a hell. Managers, TLs all of them will treat you as machines.
