You cannot take sick leave and if you do then they will be adjusted from your week offs

If an employee is under a good and supportive TL then he/she can survive for long term.My experience with this company was very bad.I have joined this company in MAY 2024 ; I was very excited in the beginning and I was not even from this background or from this insurance sector it was all new for me. After completing training I was aligned in ANIKA’S team. All my batchmates were doing good and I was on 0 booking till 26 th day. I really don’t know about others but I was getting mostly non contactable number and even I have shared feedback also regarding the data with Anika.Instead of escalating this she was making weird expressions and was saying no it’s impossible that you are getting non contactable data only . I said you can check with the quality team and you can check the data history ,dispositions also then you will get to know that the data which you are calling fresh is actually not fresh data these are the rejected leads but still she was not ready to accept that. Although my trainers Siddharth, Shivam and my manager Farheen ma’am was very cool personality and very down to earth.
