The company does not allow you to take leave, even during Diwali or other government holidays. You can't even take Sundays off; both Saturday and Sunday require you to work. You can take one day off during the week (only from Monday to Friday), but even on that day, your manager will continually call and annoy you.
Relationship managers in Tier 1 and Tier 4 cities have the same sales targets, regardless of the tier of the city. If you are placed in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 city, you might be able to manage, but surviving in a Tier 3 or Tier 4 city is quite challenging.

Yes, they do provide some leads, but 95% of them are just dummy leads that won't lead anywhere. Even if a customer is 100 km away, you are still required to visit them. They will not approve petrol allowances unless you are able to secure a policy from that customer.
