      my time with policy bazzar

      u will get salary on last day of month. training time is good & fully paid. easy to work.

      Cons

      management is unethical. and 2 much pressure is put on the empryee from day one. its holidays are a problem. you have to sit straight. long hours

      Incentives that too with time have got reduced so no pros

      Cons

      No work life balance 6 days working There is time of coming to office but not going back Everyday u have to stretch Personal life zero You spend 12 hrs or more everyday in office that too for 6 days No guarantee that you get off after 6 days also, you may get your one off after 7,8 or even 10 days Upper Management thinks they are the owners Threatens you always You can not take your own PLs, you ask for PLs and they will feel like you asked for their money You take Sick leave and they will ruin your happiness by saying that you better resign I haven't seen such pathetic organisation They make you work for 72 hrs in a week against labour laws and don't even pay you overtime

      You will have a job.

      Cons

      You will have a job at PolicyBazaar. 6 days a week. Can call you to the office even on a comp off or weekly off. No benefits. Pay not according to industry standard. Employees made to do overtime without any compensation sometimes.
