Got to work on many projects, their end to end development

Cons

Overworked almost daily, on build days everyone stays till late (14-18 hours) and still have to reach office the next day which happens twice a week. No humanity, No work from home, zero work life balance. Place doesn't respect woman or their work.

You will have a job.

Cons

You will have a job at PolicyBazaar. 6 days a week. Can call you to the office even on a comp off or weekly off. No benefits. Pay not according to industry standard. Employees made to do overtime without any compensation sometimes.
