      Pizza Hut uses the management system of Yum, this known brand master franchise, that gives great empowerment to people who works there, in the way to motivate and make people grow and develope their skills.

      In some countries, if you leave the company, you are restrained to be back again, as if you were a traitor.

      Pros

      If you are a driver the tips are a huge motivation, Always work the night shift and you will usually make between $15 an $25 an hour with some ups and downs in between

      Cons

      Raises are a myth at least in the San Antonio stores for everyone except managers but most people who work here do it as a part time job or are in the earlier or later parts of their job life and are doing because it is easy. If you a capable person and want to be a manger you get vaction but thats it.
