      Philips is unprofessional, money hungry and don't care about their employees

      Pros

      Health benefits were decent thats it.

      Cons

      Outsourcing vital roles such as accounts payable, cash apps and collections to India and Manilla. All they care about is saving money, they don't care how its going to effect the customers nor do they care that faithful long time employees are being laid off. HR doesn't work for the employees rights they are just puppets for the upper management who is behind a curtain like the wizzard of oz never showing their faces or taking responsibility for their decisions.

      Pros

      Always looking for innovative technology, most people are passionate about their job.

      Cons

      Some Sr. Management is more interested in managing their career first over the business. Company culture is to point fingers and pass blame rather then trying to fix the challenges and problems together. HR should be more involved when seeing high turnover in specific departments. Maybe the problem is not the team but the manager

      Great people to work with, awesome team of FE's, don't want to leave.

      Cons

      Local RSM making life unbearable, she is a B and no idea what she is doing!! I need a true manager, not a baby sitter, I need leadership, not a dictator, Philips needs to address local area service management, they need to purge all the bad managers, ASAP!!
