A company that pays well and pushes you to become better. There are programs on developing yourself. The mission Philips of helping is a nice mission to be part of.

Cons

Work presure has increased due to inflation, recall in 2021 and supply chain issues. Therefore, more and more is outsourced, which leads to knowledge leaving the company. Therefore, the focus of customers well being is great, however the stress levels are high for it's staff to deliver under the mentioned constrains
