The benefits are unmatched. Great medical, dental, vision, maternity/paternity leave, short term disability, stock options, and 401k match. Bonuses every year based on company performance

Cons

lack of diversity in leadership. hard to advance if you are not a favorite or if you are a minority. most of the managers lack leadership skills.

Pros

- There are opportunities to grow. - Great start to begin your career. - You can gain a lot of experience - Decent pay and benefits. - Education assistance - Diverse - Great co-workers - Good teamwork amongst employees, at least in my area

Cons

- In the 5 years I’ve been here the company has become a stressful work environment. - Upper management makes poor decisions and doesn’t listen to their employees - Overworked - Work/life balance is difficult depending on your title/department. - Company may be a bit too forgiving - No one to report anything to or talk to. It’s quite sad since I used to enjoy working here, but those days are long gone.
