      Variety of interesting people and projects. Opportunity to work in flexible manner, relaxed atmosphere. Opportunity to develop technically but also in other directions.

      Cons

      Too much process.and other overhead. Bean-counting of output and performance. No opportunity to work on a project long-term without having to defend all the time.
