      Pros

      Company has terrific benefits and severance programs. Employees treated with respect. For a very large company, the communications on company issues were terrific. However, some of the business units were sorely lacking in communicating critical information.

      Cons

      Very into outsourcing to meet company goals. Difficult to secure internal job transfers if you don't know someone or if you don't know all the particular systems and processes.

      Pros

      Philips Reedsville is a great environment to work where they support, encourage and develop all employees. Good strong leaders that are customer focused, honest, and open. The location makes great products that save lives. The compensation is the best in the area and they are focused on building teams, driving results, and dare I say it, "engaging employees." Alot of great community involvement and great employees makes this a great place to work.

      Cons

      The site could use a pavillion in back for outdoor meetings.
