      No work life balance, and had to manage people in positions that were not qualified.

      somewhat flexible work schedule pay comparible to other major companies good health benefits- medical, dental, vision, flex spend accts, disability, life insurance

      Cons

      no work life balance senior management did not communiate well unrealistic expectations of growth year over year politically correct environment- no accountability

      Pros

      Appreciate customer satisfaction and appreciation. Enjoy the technical challenges. Enjoy immediate team members and interaction for problem solving. Still able to maintain some personal satisfaction with job, despite increasing job expectations.

      Cons

      Salary compensation pathetic. 'Benefits' and their costs absorb any raise. Original concern, by field service, no longer customer satisfaction - too many other demands/expectations from management to warrant salary raises. Unfair, no recognition for 'extra efforts.'
