      Great community of individuals, senior management are open to our thoughts and opinions, overall a great place to work.

      Pros

      Management is open to the thoughts and opinions of its staff, great Health Benefits, Tuition reimbursement, Time-off is not an issue (when fully staffed), and the work is not as monotonous as other admin positions I have held in the past.

      Cons

      Work loads at times can seem heavy, salary could be better, all-in-all I cannot think of any cons that I have not faced at other jobs.

      Pros

      The people you come in contact with are intelligent, committed and fun. You get a lot of responsibility at a young age.

      Cons

      (Sr) managers not always on board and less impressive. Support from your manager varies alot from fantastic to downright crazy (him not me). Strategy is often a swinging pendulum that creates change much to often for the organisation

      Pros

      Support for self development. Freedom to share knowledge and learn from others. Multinational company allowing full work and relationships across markets, nationalities and time zones. matrix organisation allowing development of interests.

      Cons

      Poor leadership and personalities. Issue with minorities in senior roles. lack of work/life balance leading to a very stressful working environment (in a two year period, three people went on long terms sickness with stress). High staff turnover.
