      Pros

      Good location, easy parking, standard business hours, decent benefits, they say that they are striving to improve morale. Current sales are strong.

      Cons

      Morale is down, still trying to cut back costs by hiring freezes and doing more with less. decent salary range listed, but they don't pay a high salary with little or no annual raise. HR is in tune with management but not in tune with the employee.

      - No career growth unless willing to move around a lot - Discount program sucks - Lots of meetings with no agenda - Lack of career development
